Disappointed

It was suppose to be installed on 12/31/25. I received all the text messages and a phone call for my appointment. Everything was set. I even received a text message the night before confirming Everything. Then an hour and half before my appointment I got a text stating my appointment was canceled and they were refunding me. When I called to find out why, they said they did not know as there were no notes as to why. They told me I could reschedule the appointment but they would have to charge my card again. I said no because I did not receive my refund from the first one yet. I find this very unprofessional and will not shop here again. The fact that they can’t even tell me why this was cancelled is a big problem.
