Did not work for my truck. Had it installed at a best buy location and i was told it couldnt be set sensitive for my truck.It would only go off if you hit it really hard. I have a 4 door crew cab and it wouldnt work on the back 2 doors. I will never by a compustar alarm again.

Love the product. Wish the range was longer but still happy with my purchase.

Very short range and sometimes won't start engine.

Very easy to use and convenient. Great for early cold mornings and evenings.

Works great. Took a little time to get it installed due to no parts for installation. Communication was awful. Ihad to go to best buy 3 times before i finally got it installed.

Remote start work as advertised it’s a must have you want be disappointed

Best thing I bought myself so far specially in this winter times

I wish I could give a review, but I was called and told that my appointment had been canceled,and this is about 14 hrs right before the installation and I haven't been able to get thru to anyone that knows anything about anybody, I want to talk to the guy called Caleb ,I have left one or two messages on his voice mail. That guy being Caleb was caught in the middle of losing his installer quit ,and telling everyone their appointments were canceled or moved to a different location, which is why I was trying to contact this last night at about 9pm and I don't know the two guy's names, they were no help at all

Have tried to call in a few times between me and or my wife and we constantly get nothing but attitude from phone associates. Had I known this is how we were going to be treated I wouldn’t have done business again with Best Buy, and no one with a brain can answer our questions about this remote starter we purchased

Unnecessary to have the two remotes when I got the drone package.

Brought a remote starter and is the worst mistake in my life. After 3 without vehicle to drive I was to get it towing back to them. You what there storytelling was..there product did caused the product I still had it tow to shop because it wouldn't starter I told it mechanic in Virginia Beach because had received. He check everything on truck. I never had any issues with my until they touch it. The was problem was there product burned my ECPM. I had to pay for something that there remote damaged my truck. I didn't have nothing drive for a week and I miss days from work. Remember Best Buy are not mechanic. But was there remote starter that damaged my truck. What you put out in Universal it will come back.

Best remote start available (unless manual transmission)

bought a remote starter for car 12/22/23, made appointment for 2/25/24 for install, get a notice 2/10/24 that its been canceled, tried to contact the store and guess what ? they don't answer the phone at the store. what's with that. went to store 2/25/24 and canceled the order. they told me the store does not receive incoming calls since covid. no more business for best buy. two trips to the store 160 miles for what. tried prior to get one from chicopee store and they said that they are finishing the installs they have booked and are not doing them any more . some service !
