Hello, I am usually very pleased with anything I purchase from Best Buy. However Your Technician has no idea what he's doing. When He couldn't get the remote start to work correctly He blamed it on My battery. I knew it wasn't so asked a mechanic friend of Mine and he said that was not the problem. He said the Tech does not know what he's talking about. I told the Tech if I buy a new battery and it still doesn't work would he pay for the battery. He said no so I told him to just take the whole remote out and give Me My money back. He did and I left. The next day I saw that he broke the panel under My dashboard. When I called back he wouldn't answer the phone. I would never trust Best Buy to install anything on My car again. Very unhappy with the service I got.

Originally bought this one way remote starter but before installation the two way starter went on sale for the same price. Went to Best Buy and they honored the sale with out a problem.

I dropped my car off to have a remote starter installed. The tech said that it would be a couple of hours. He would give me a call when he was done. Gave me time to get some lunch. He called about two hours later. I picked my car up and the remote starter fine.

Great purchase and the install was 1/2 the time I had originally been told. Perfect for the upcoming winter months.

I have this starter in both of my vehicles and it works well the only reason for not 5 stars is the distance to start is like 50ft, we have to be really close to start the vehicles

I ordered the parts for this remote starter and made my appointment about a month in advance. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, the store wasn't open yet and the installation tech showed up late, then they called me about an hour later to tell me they were missing the parts. They would not be able to reschedule my appointment for another month! They also said "this happens all the time". How does a business operate that way? They had a month to get the parts delivered to the store and their systems failed so hard. I will not be buying from Best Buy again.

Haven’t gotten it installed yet. It was Gift for Christmas. Was supposed to come with installation but are charging my son to have it installed

It seems to be good, but I'm having a little problem getting it to tart, but my daughter has no problem, so guess I'm just not doing it right. I will get it figured out eventually.

Works great so far. The cell package prices are a bit deceiving because the prices you see online are for five year plans.

The product works as advertised. The only criticism is that it isn't a two-way system so you don't get confirmation that the car has started.
