This remote starter is the best! Definitely recommend!

I have personally installed over 1000 of these units. Its the dc3 brain thats pretty awesome. I install these units and the clients never seem to return with any issues

My Product came on Time, and is exactly what I needed.

Great system for the hot summers and cold winters and it leaves room for possible add ons such as security and mobile tracking without me having to worry about needing to purchase the add ons all at once.

Works wonderfully. Needed this for the cold weather.

For the price this was an excellent remote control and the installer did an incredible job. In Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania this young man was quite personable and quick.

Love the Best Buy install team. This would be a star, if it weren't for the remote doesn't quite work as far as it says it does. Luckily it's not terribly inconvenient.

Love it especially its hotter in my truck it’s cool and I can unlock my doors when I have a hand full of items

My starter does not work from time to time. I am not sure why. Even when I'm standing up close to my vehicle, the starter wont engage. I'd say a good 4 out of 6 attempts it works but I'm probably going to have to take my car in to trouble shoot. Have had this starter for under a year.

Knowledgeable staff especially the guy that install stereos and the electronics I think his name is Vic?? I highly recommend him for any installs.

I would rate it but it wasnt shipped till 3 days prior to my installation. Hence no product when I got there to have it installed. Mind you I ordered it 3.5 weeks earlier. So I took the day off of work and nothing. Then the reschedule was another 30 days out. Not till Jan 3 2026. End of story I ordered it begining of November and will have to wait 2 months for an install. All the while everyone who ordered it after me is getting installed as I wait and wait.

Bought this for my son's car who of course doesn't get a garage space. He's able to start his car and warm it up from inside the house. My son told me it was one of his best Christmas gifts ever!

I've been waiting for its installation for several weeks. Just after i arrived the shop for installation, the mechanic said it's not ready, i had no choice but to reschedule again on several weeks later. On installation day, they ve emailed me saying it's ready but 15mimutes i got another email telling me the order was not ready. How could that happen?

Service was excellent. Service department could not have been nice or more accommodating. I would recommend both the product and the service to anyone.

Im so disappointed in with this. Ordered this around 2 weeks ago and waited for my install appointment the morning of of the scheduled install I received a call that my appointment had been canceled due to one of the technicians calling in sick and that I would be called the next day to set up a new appointment. I did not get a call and here it is four days later and they’ve canceled my order. Very not happy.!
