Great product I stay in Chicago so winters get really cold

It works well. Your installation process was not good.

Best Buy sells this on line without making it clear that you need to buy a second piece in order to have it installed. I made a appointment and drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment only to be told I needed to order another part. NOT HAPPY! And it was an additional $80. The whole deal smells a little scam-like.

Will not have to scrape windows, but have to leave my apartment to work.

The service I received was exceptional and my auto started works perfectly!

Person helped me at bestbuy told me this remote can install Volvo 2007 xc90 and make appointment for install , waited 5 weeks ,day before my appointment get called from service and they told me this remote starter can’t be install my car , I ended up returning

Starter works great , install was good key fob leaves a bit to be desired

Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 3 appointments, in store visits with "manager", many calls to Customer Service, with NOT one visit or call returned by the GM who was suppose to call, nor the store manager. Terrible customer service, returned the remote start, went down the street and had one installed within 4 days and the service was fabulous. Best Buy has lost a customer for sure and will share the terrible service any chance I get. Best Buy had multiple chances to fix their errors and they epically failed and should be ashamed of their service, so Maddie from Bel Air--1-your customer service is your problem as you represent Best Buy, 2-your system sucks and it isn't on the customer, 3--it is ultimate YOUR problem when the system fails the customer and 4--you should really seek some customer service skills as you lied to get me out of your store and then conveniently wouldn't pick up the phone when repeated calls were made and how you spoke to me should leave you embarrassed--but I am sure it's how you normally treat customers so no worries...I won't be back and yes, I know you don't care!
