Doesn't work well with Honda Accord

When you remote start vehicle, it turns off as soon as you open your trunk or open a car door. Works well if you want to leave your car on and locked to run in really quick into a store.

The rep kept saying how much better it was compared to the Viper unit I had purchased in the past and was pleased with. I was quite reluctant but they seemed so impressed that I figured I'd give it a go. That's what I get for not listening to myself. Save yourself the pain and pass on this unit; unless you're only going to be a few feet away then it probably won't matter which starter you buy but if you are trying with just the remote from any kind of distance, HARD PASS on the Compustar - 1-way Remote Start System.

Don’t buy the product !!!

It took months to schedule to get the device installed and it worked for two months and now will not work anymore it is starting to mess with the other key fob from Chevy. I am contacting Best Buy to repair or replace the device now !
