Insallation was canceled due to sick staff and i was instructed to call back to set up new appointment but they don't call back. I've called over a dozen times and I've left multiple messages and nothing. Now i'm getting notifications that if I don't pick up the starter it's gonna be refunded and put back. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to chase down the service I paid for. I'll never use them for any other car installation ever again....if they ever even do what I paid for in the first place.

The car stater left my wife stranded several times and ruined the battery and had to purcase a new $200 battery. Took it back and had car starter removed and refunded. Was very dissappoonted.

At least the Tech gave me a full refund when I brought it back
