Waste of time and money with misleading information. Impossible to install within any reasonable time frame after waiting weeks for an appointment lost by the store. Also learned remote starter indicates "Installation Included" but additional part is required to purchase. Returning for a refund after making this a disappointing gift. Useless if you wanted it for the current season.

Had this device installed way back in November, it never cranked my car. BestBuy did the install aswell. Went back to get it looked at/repaired for the second time, and still couldn't fix the issue

I had ordered this for my wife to have installed in her vehicle. I called the online service desk to get that scheduled since it was impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store level. The online service department was not very knowledgeable in scheduling the installation. After trying to get it scheduled 4 times with four different people for 4 different installation locations I gave up and just returned everything. I miss the old Best Buy’s before they went full appliances selling. The customer service was way better back then.

It’s a really cool box. It just sits in the box waiting for an installation which is scheduled three months out. Tried every location within 50 miles and all booked out for months.

I had to go to besybuy 3 times as it didnt work on odyssey 16. Not happy with the product

Nice to have if you are in need of a spare key. The engine doesn’t run long and I cannot drive my vehicle without the primary key there.

Be careful. You will need a spare key to make this product work. Bought one and when vehicle was taken in to install the product was told the spare key will be needed. Bought car with only 1 key and now Best Buy won’t return or exchange. Very disappointed

The store told me I could have the system installed there but they didn't have installation for I cancelled my purchase.

Kinda turns on when it wants too, I have to be super close for it to turn on.

Awful customer service. Didn’t explain that I needed to pick the product up when u first purchase it which doesn’t make sense because I am bringing my vehicle to have it installed there. They sent it back and dbl charged me installation fee with the reorder.

Best Buy installed this remote start and the didn’t install it correctly. They won’t fix it and I’m out $350. The installers don’t know what they’re doing.

install did not go as stated was told about 3 to 4 hours, 8 hours later and vehicle had to stay overnight, then had to bring it back several days later as it wasnt installed properly,the good part is store manager was called by technician before i had a chance to complain and he was very appoligetic he credited me for the install, all in all product works as it should and im satisfied

Product stopped working on my 2016 GMC Sierra within 2 days. Now im unable to lock/unlock or remote start my truck

My truck gets cranked again every time I turn it off Crappy product or crappy installation??? Not happy

Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift which included installation buy Geek Squad. When she called to get an appointment, she was told it would be three months to do what is advertised as a 30 minute job. So when winter is basically over, she won't need to be concerned about remote cold starts. Not a happy camper with Geek Squad.

I believe the installers did donut holes with my truck in the parking lot of the store. There was fresh tire marks and my truck was clean and shiny . Then there is dirt and dust on it . I am not sure they did it but pretty sure they did.

It still doesn't work after returning to best buy three times (strike three)

The poor rating is because when we attempted to schedule an installation we were told two things. First, the Maplewood store doesn't do istallations and Egan would be in March. Why weren’t we told that at the point of sale, Maplewood?

Wasn’t aware one has to travel to get this done . For me 40 mins to one or the other a little over an hour away

Tec said he didnt know how to do install , that i would have to go to columbus. I returned witout install.
