This is the best remote starter I have ever had installed..! I also had the computer Pro T13 and Drone Mobile Max 2 installed love these products..!

The product that I purchased was a good value and works as expected, the auto technician was pleasant and knowledgeable.

the whole process was extremely easy. from online ordering of product, scheduling of installation. even the install was done quick and profesionally

I LOVE it. I have ALWAYS wanted a remote start especially with the COLD weather here in Ohio.. it's PERFECT. My daughter FINALLY bought it for me for Christmas. It was a wait to get an installation date BUT well worth it!! If you haven't purchased already.. DO IT NOW!! Only regret I have is that I didn't get it sooner than I did.

Product is great. Installation wea great. Customer service not so much. We talked to 4 different people and 2 of them tried to charge extra for installation.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a large retail company. I started this by trying to call the physical store. I was sent to what I would describe as a call center, which I will call the “store.” I told them I would like to have a remote start installed. The guy on the phone told me yes, and I paid and scheduled for the service. About an hour afterwards, I got an email that my order was cancelled. I was confused so I called the “store” back. The person I spoke to told me he wasn’t sure what was going on but a part was cancelled and refunded. So, I asked them to clarify if I’m still going to have a remote starter installed at the date we scheduled on the phone. I had to ask this because I was still being charged for other parts and the service installation. They put me on hold and transferred me to some kind of technical department. They didn’t know either and transferred me back to the other department I had already spoken too. I hung up and tried to call back several times so I could understand what was going on. After more calls and the same confusion, I decided to just call and cancel. Guess what, trying to cancel my order and get a refund was just as frustrating and difficult. I had to make multiple phone calls and be transferred back and forth between multiple places. I was assured my order was cancelled and my appointment cancelled. I still received emails about my upcoming appointment afterwards. BLUF, don’t try to do anything with Best Buy except purchase items directly in the store. They have no idea what they’re doing.

Works exactly as described. Installer did a great job and explained operation of the remote. i am very pleased with with this purchase.

I gave the Compustar remote start as a gift to my wife. The installers were excellent. The remote start works perfectly without any problem. She’s very happy and so am I. I would recommend buying. Very good product and expert installation by Best Buy.

Works great. Pretty far range if you are outside/ near window. Easy installation process. Would recommend highly.

The gentleman that helped me when I came in was very knowledgeable about the system. The one that my sister brought wasn’t compatible to my vehicle so he explained it to me and when went to exchange the viper to the one that was installed and it works great. The tech explained how to use it step by step and I thank Best Buy for helping me with the equipment and the great customer service.

I purchased this for my daughter and she cannot be more happier. It was installed just in time for the snow we are getting. It was programmed to the remote that is already being used for her car. Great Job Best Buy

The device itself is nice and works well but i was unaware of the extra things needed to make it work. I tried to schedule an install but kept getting the runaround so i decided to do it myself. I found out there is a vehicle specific harness needed and if you do the install yourself, you're going to need an adaptor that plugs the unit to a computer so you can download needed software before it can be installed.

Works as it should. Installation was smooth and the techs were good about explaining things. I went with a less expensive basic unit. It does everything I need and nothing I don’t.

Great product and the installation went perfect great job

First order got canceled. Had to pay more for the second order because I was not able to go to the store and speak to a manager. On the day of installation I was told they could not put the one i ordered in because they were having trouble with them. Which is fine but I don't know if this one cost more or less than the one I bought. Overall I probably won't use Bestbuy again
