After waiting a long period of time for installation (Oct29th until Dec4th) and spending hours at the shop, the remote starter I purchased as a gift for my wife did not properly work and I told the technician to undo everything (after he tried every single configuration) and just having the money back. Her car is a Wv Jetta 2017 and it seems german cars are harder to wire these devices. My experience purchasing from BB hasn't been the best. Nobody told me I needed an extra harness for the vehicle at the moment of purchase, nobody told me I had to drive almost 40 miles to the only shop doing german cars. Nobody told us either that we would lose a key needed to bury it inside the remote receiver.
