App never connects

When I went to pick up in the Omaha East store, they said I need to buy an extra Harness to install it. 1. The website doesn't say to add anything for installation. 2. I had bought it with installation. What do you think about it? I think, it's a kind of trying to cheating and an example of dishonesty. I returned it. They wasted my time. Hey seller, if you have little honesty, say something about it. It is not best buy, it is worst buy for me now and future.

Not For Everyone

I wish I would have known that before installation. Toyota (at least the newer models) have something built in that turns the car off when you open the door. Also, you STILL NEED THE KEY for it to run the car. I thought it would function as a 2nd key (without the original). I was greatly disappointed in this product.
