Drain battery

Lately i have not been driving too much and this is the 2nd battery i have to installed. This thing is draining the battery, i will get it remove asap. Not worth it.

Installation upcharge

First, I was told that if I wanted the Drone component installed, it would be an additional $40 install charge. Then, after I had left the store and moved on with my plans during install, installer called to tell me the wiring harness that was provided by Best Buy would not work with my vehicle. The cost of the harness was included in my purchase price, but since it didn't work I would have to go purchase a harness on my own for approximately $70. I returned the unit rather pay an unexpected $110 additional.

"Free installation:" doe snot include the DRONE features, which they will make you pay extra for. Escalated to manager and BestBuy home office and they were unapologetic about it.

Troubles in the Air

Not quite as advertised

What this ACTUALLY means is that when it turns on, and you had the AC OR heater on when you turned it off, either will turn back on with the car. The app is basically useless. It takes forever to load and the GPS doesn't work. The list of things I think it SHOULD do but doesnt is quite long so this was a big disappointment, but still technically an upgrade.

DOES NOT WORK ON KIA STINGER

Apparently after having our car for over 9 hours, we were told that after extensive troubleshooting and calls to the manufacture, this kit is not compatible with most KIA vehicles. I wish we would have known this prior to the BEST BUY installer cutting and splicing our ignition wires and removing our head unit because now the head unit looks as if there is moisture or glue or something behind the touch screen. Definitely was not like that prior to taking the vehicle in!!
