    Bought issues with money. My model starts with a 20** serial, and after purchasing, I am continuously facing different issues; sometimes, it does not respond, and sometimes I can't even log in to the app. Unfortunately, it starts happening after the return period is over, otherwise, I would have returned this. Now my question is, I didn't pay any less penny, so why shouldn't I get the replacement?     don't know what to say...waited over two months to have it installed at a location that was almost 2 hrs away even though I have a BB less than 10 min from my home. When I arrived on time to have it installed they said that they had me scheduled for a security system even though I had emails from BB alerting me of my impending remote start appointment. Then they say they say they don't have the right harness in stock...I returned the starter

    Best Buy Broke My Car

    The Best Buy tech broke my car trying to install this product. I’ve been at the store 6 hours and am waiting for the tow truck to tow my car to a dealership to fix. Oh, I have to pay the repair out of pocket with the promise of getting reimbursed by Best Buy! What quality service! Stay away from these clowns!

    I was disappointed to learn that I was not able to get the free installation that comes with it due to long appointment and unavailability of technician in my area.

    I bought this product at the Knoxville store and they said it included installation. However when i went to collect, they was no installation on site and i had to go to Chattanooga 80 miles away. I think they should have included that detail so that customers can decide whether thats a good deal or not. That being said I believe this is a good product and the only reason i have decided to keep it and install it at the Chattanooga store is that there was a 300 dollar discount at the time.

    I bought this remote starter last month, they don't have it in stock so I wait 2 weeks until was delivered to my home after that I went back to the best buy store where I got this to have them install in my car and I founded they don't have remote starter or car security systems technician in that location so they send me to another location. I went there and they said no appointment until end march 2020 so that's mean end of the winter ( that is the reason I bought this remote starter " WINTER" ) so they find another location with open appointment on February 18th ,I agree because no other option and last week I decided to visit that best buy location and the technician said he only install Viper brand and no experience in compustar brand so I GIVE UP , tired to have best buy install this remote starter in my car , I return the item and got my money back . Bottom line thanks for nothing BEST BUY CO.

    Don't ever schedule service at the Tulsa Hills location. Multiple times they have botched schedules in the past including this one. We arrived early for our previously confirmed appointment only for the manager to complain we shouldn't have been let in the shop early. I get accidents happen but this is a multiple-time issue. Management and team have a victim mentality and have zero accountability. There are a ton of other options with a lot less headache we will explore. Thanks for wasting our time. Not sure why I am a total tech member here.

    I tried to get this insattled but the tech didn't want to do it because " there are too many wires in behind the dashboard" REALLY I told them I have a plow set up and electric brake set up. Yeah, there are wires there. Never going to get stuff done there again. Went by a independt sote and going to get the job done wirh them. Very disapointed after waiting over a month for an appointment.

    Not hapoy with the product at all. I have a 2016 acura TLX thatxis push to start. Apprently it will always throw a error code when i use the remote starter. Brought it back and had it uninstalled.

    Does not work for a jeep! Ruin my computer system on ny car, had to take to a dealership pay $204.00, and best buy didnt take credit for what they did when it was installed. And also made my sign a form that i couldnt take no action against Best Buy! Zero stars from me if i could!

    Company produces bad devices and then won't stand behind them. Poorly engineered, a specific set of serial numbers frequently go offline and stay offline until you perform a hard reset by removing the device from under the dash. Known issues with GPS not updating -- Check the DroneMobile website support pages and see the known issues.

    I’m still learning how to effectly engage this remote start devise! I’ts challenging, i may have to return it, yet i’m not a 100% sure that , it’s not operation of remote?
