If it says my truck fits the criteria why it couldn’t get installed twice

Including a wasted trip to store, only to find out that installer wasn’t there. When we were finally able to have installed, we were then told it was going to be an additional $130-200 to install it on our vehicle. Even though website says it’ll work on our vehicle.

The Product is great, wife has it on her car. Geek Squad Install experience was TERRIBLE. Best Buy System said it would install as did confirmation email with manufacture yet Best Buy could not get it done. Even with help being offered from manufacturing technical support, Best Buy would not do the install.
