This has been a great upgrade especially for the cold winter in Wyoming. Worked even at -30 degrees Celsius. Feels satisfied when I can keep my toddler baby in warm car immediately from the cold outside temperature.

I love this remote start,i have a great deal at best buy so i can't let pass.i would recommend very easy to use,extremely confortable on winter time and summer time.. The controller reach good distance..

I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything was smooth and I saved over $800 compared to the local audio store. The install took less than an hour and has been going strong for 10 months.

Got this installed on my Toyota 86 and I love it! I can finally warm up my car in the winter time from the comfort of my own home. Installation was fast and everything works great! Glad to have bought this on sale along with the free installation. Highly recommend!

Works great, so nice in the winter or even hot summer days. 10/10 would recommend. Installation at Best Buy was a breeze and texh was very knowledgeable. Walked me through the different functions and settings. Bought 2 for both cars and i recommend this product to anyone!

We really like this remote start. We previously had a factory installed remote on our 2012 Toyota Highlander and it was a pain to use. Press the lock 1 time fast, then 2 times. I couldn't get it to work most of the time. When we traded it in for a new 2019 Highlander I took it to Best buy to add a remote start. What a difference. This remote is so easy to use and it even let's you know when it starts your vehicle. Highly recommended.

Was in the market for a remote start and found this little gem. decently priced with installation included by the on-site Best Buy tech. Great features, good range, and even works with my car's security system. Great value for the price.

The product works great with 2020 Kia Sorento. It even allows my Keyfob to work with the remote start. The people who did the installation completed it within an hour from when I dropped it off, and were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product.

Had this installed in a 2018 Audi SQ5. The installer had never done an Audi before so I was expecting some issues. First issue is, you MUST have two keys to do the install. You sacrifice one key in the key box for the remote start. Without this, your installer won't proceed. Second issue - you need to take your key AND your new fob with you to drive the car. Maybe mine's not set up right, but I figured that I could leave my Audi key at home and use the remote start fob to start & unlock and drive away - WRONG. That having been said, my installer ended up doing a good job, I can't even tell he was in the vehicle. For the price the remote start is a bargain! As a test I was a block away from my car and it started! WOW!! For me several inconveniences took off a star, but I'll be thankful this winter when it's -20 out.

The product quality is good, installation was simple and fast. The BestBuy tech guy completed it in under an hour. My factory remotes are still functional and those were programmed as well to remote start the vehicle. There is no need to leave a second key in the product. I now have four remotes - 2 from factory and 2 from compustar. I am yet to test the range of the keyfob. I think I will buy more of these.

Purchased on a deal of the day. Took about a month to get it delivered and installed. The installation in 12866 was great and knowledgeable. It worked great for about a week. I stopped by BB install after my 1st hiccup and was told I can't have the OEM car remote on my person if it was to work correctly. I had it installed in a 2012 Cadillac SRX. I can get the car started remotely but it's intermittent. Sometimes the car sends the signal it's started, sometimes not. A few times I hit my Caddy OEM remote to lock doors quickly, car starts up. Sometimes car won't drive without my OEM Caddy remote. Usually, car stalls when I put it in drive 2x and then it starts. So, I figured out this: when I remote start it and do not get a signal, I must look to see if the car is running. I must always carry both remotes incase the car won't go in drive. As much as it is a P.I.A. it's better than no remote start. It's quite cold upstate so I deal with it. I'm pretty confident it's a Caddy thing, 50 percent compatible but it's the best that can be done after market for under 300.00 So, the decision is personal. Like next time I'll buy a car with it factory installed.

Great remote starter system. Started with one system and we have the same system installed on 5 more vehicles. Very easy to use and the price included the installation, all under $300 with taxes. The guys at the Kennesaw store were very professional and did the installation very quick. I wish they had a system that works on Mercedes, my only car that don't have a system installed.

The system is great as great reach works flawlessly.

This remote starter is awesome, it comes with 2 remotes, 1 two way remote and 1 one way remote. It was installed by best buy and they did great. I love getting in a warm car in winter or a cool car in the summer. Catch it on sale with free install. Great value!

Purchased this for my 2006 Ford F150. It's the first time I've had this brand and a 2-way remote. I've only had it installed for less than a week, but so far so good. I live in a 4 story building and I can start it from the 4th floor hallway. I really like the 2-way remote letting me know that the truck has started, so I don't have to go look from the balcony across the hall from me. (my old vehicle did not have this feature, but I did have that remote for over 20 years) I am hoping for the same reliability of this remote. Kidany (Dany) was the Best Buy tech who installed my new ComputStar. He is great, I really liked working with him; he's honest and informative. I'm going back in a few weeks to have a backup camera installed. I highly recommend Best Buy and Dany.
