I like this version of the remote, it gives audible alerts of what buttons have been pressed. I added the alarm, however the volume on the alarm is not loud at all. Would need to be awake or light sleeper to hear it in the middle of the night or within ear shot.

I bought this in thanks giving deal with lower price than usual .. Free installation.. installation just done within an hour and technician clearly exlain that how we can use remote start.. Excellent working.. 3000 feet long distance is also working. We can use auto remote start with original key also after installation .. Thank yoh Best Buy

I love this kit and installation was easy to schedule through Bestbuy.com. The techs were nice and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I love starting the car remotely, but what is even better is that the remote beeps 3 times to let me know the car has started.

Got this for a great price. Wife loved it. She had it on an older car. The two way remote is a huge plus. Going strong with no issues. Installation was quick.

Absolutely worth every dollar. The drone mobile app with yearly subscription is great, especially in the cold winter months. Using Siri to start my car is cool and convenient. Unlimited range via cellular service unlike the cheap OEM remote starts.

Unfortunately, despite the website and Geek Squad techs confirming this should work on my car PRIOR to install, it ultimately did not. The installation tech was very thorough and helpful - even taking the car in two whole days to look it over. Apparently the immobilizer and Nissan security are just not compatible. In the end, he had to resort to bypassing an immobilizer feature just to get the starter to turn the car on. The car’s climate control doesn’t work after a remote start, and also the ignition won’t turn. So after a remote start, getting in the car, you can’t turn on the ignition and start driving. You have to turn the car OFF before turning the ignition on to drive. Really defeats the purpose or a remote “start”. Also no climate control while on the “remote start” is a bummer so you can’t adjust any of the heat/AC. One of the reasons we got this is that we loved (on our other cars) the feature of being able to park, keep the car running on the remote start (not driveable) but letting the engine and air/heat run. But you can’t even do that. I feel like we threw away a bunch of money on this. Wish they would refund me since it was falsely advertised as working with my car.

Excellent remote, long range and works every time. when the car is out of sight the the remotes tones let you know it was successful and the light continues to show you how much time is left. Installation was great, finished on time, staff was courteous and demonstrated the features when I picked up my car.

This remote start is a great purchase. It is a boon for any old car. Every winter the hard part was to heat the car and clean your windshield. Because of Compustar my old car starts sitting from my couch and as it is 2 way so it gives you confirmation your car is on. And when I go in my car after a few minutes it is ready to go. Just one thing I noticed is that, although it's not a deal breaker, it doesn't start your heater automatically like a new car. Your car is heated though so ready to use the heater. I am happy with this purchase.

I love how simple it is. The buttons makes sense and it literally takes less than a minute to learn. Installation took an hour and a half or less. The only problem is I was told I wouldn’t need the original fob but turns out I have to use it to keep the car running. Other than that, the remote start has been amazing.

.I think this product is a good and very helpful during winter. Number of years we don't have this installed in our car. I remember lot of times me and my family get into car freezing temp without starting car. Sometimes our car won't heat untill we reach home and now when I think technology like remote start helps car to heat very well

Excellent remote start with communication and range! Works flawlessly and had installed just in time for the outside freezer door to be left open.

The remote start works as expected and has a really good range, at the same time the car lock button does not return any sound from the car, if you are used to hearing that to confirm car is locked or find your car in a parking lot, you would have to carry both the key fobs

I always wanted remote start for my vehicles but always put it off. I am so glad I did and love to see how far I am from the car and get the indication from the key fob that the car is started. I was always envious of people when they would start their car right next to me. But envious no more!!!! Get this one and you will LOVE IT!!!!
