I purchased this remote starter for my wife's car as she hates getting into a cold car during the winter time. Purchase of this remote starter system included installation. Once purchased, I scheduled a time for installation. Basic installation covered everything for the car and I was told nothing additional needed to be purchased. I was informed that the installation would take about 3 hours but they finished about half hour ahead of schedule. We've had the remote starter for about 18 months now and have not had a single issue. Remote signal distance is pretty good and love that the two way remote alerts us that the car actually did turn on. With our old remote starter we would have to visually check on the car to ensure that it was actually on. The only negative is the second remote included with this is only a 1 way remote. I would have paid a few more dollars to have a second 2-way remote. Other than that, this is a great remote starter and my wife is happy. Yet another great product with a high WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor).

Got a good sale price, installation was quick and well done, the equipment is working great - reliable, 2-way verification and great range. Only has it about a month but so far so good!

Best alarm I’ve ever had so far. The range is great and I never thought I would need the remote start but it comes in handy on hot days as the AC will cool the interior by the time I get into my car.

Been waiting a while to see the most apt remote system for my Toyota. Finally snagged this for a great deal. Love the features and the install was slick. No gimmicks, just works everytime! Must have for the summer and winter. Does exactly on the tin!

Love this 2 way remote start. Does the job well and picks up from a decent enough distance. The cost plus installation at BestBuy was the best deal you could find. Especially the warranty available for these are just a plus!

Performs well. Install was quick, under 1 hr. This my second system, previous still works properly.

Performs as expected. Reliable and efficient. The range is plenty for house to garage. Would give 5 stars if it would it would integrate into my factory key fob, however, carrying an additional key fob isn’t difficult. Recommend this product, and highly recommend in the winter.

First, installation by BB car techs went very smooth. Second, while this remote works very well on my 2014 Honda Accord, it has a slight bug on our 2018 Toyota Highlander. It starts it fine, but the vehicle shuts off when you open the door and you have to restart the SUV. So, it warms/cools in advance but a slight annoyance it needs to be restarted when you get in it.

So far, so good. Makes a big difference to be able to start a car in some freezing temperatures 15 or 20 minutes before I'm ready to drive. I need purchase it for under $300 on Black Friday deal.

Purchased for my daughter’s SUV which is parked in an open parking lot baking under the sun. She goes out for lunch & it takes a while to cool. She said it’s the best feature she likes on her SUV. Also you can’t beat the fact that it comes with free BB installation.

This is an amazing car starter. The range is much better than the factory Honda car starter we initially purchased. The two way key fob will audibly acknowledge that you car has been started. I would highly recommend this product.

The installation was easy in the store and the staff was friendly when I went to get it installed at the store. I had been wanting an auto start system for long and couldn’t have found a better one.

This is the third remote start I have purchased from Best Buy. I love the Compustar brand. They are easy to use and reliable.

I just had this installed a few days ago and i love it! Its easy to use and has amazing range/ distance. I can't see my car from my apartment but it still works from inside and through multiple walls and obstacles. Its been nice to know my car has started with out having to listen for it. Now I can stay warm and have peace of mind knowing my car is warming up. Also the service technicians that installed it were professional, kind, and knowledgable. 100% recommend.

Best Purchase from Best Buy. I purchased it because I’m a caregiver to my senior mom and having the car warmed up in the cold winter weather makes it easier for me and better for her. My mom is usually cold to begin with due to her medical issues, and now I don’t have to keep her waiting inside until the temperature in the car is tolerable for her. Plus I don’t have to bundle her in a blanket getting her into the car. I can’t wait until the warmer weather and utilize it for the AC, so we won’t have to wait inside for the air to be a perfect temperature to get in the car. No more hot burnt buns here. Yayyyy! Thank you Best Buy for a great install of a fantastic product.

Awesome product, got the installation with the deal and never knew how quickly one could be spoiled by having these features....definitely recommend it.....it was installed on an F-250 Lariat with the 7.3 Powerstroke and yes they even set it to allow for the glow plug delay

We have had this remote start for a month so far it’s great! We love the two way remote! It chimes when you use it allowing you to know that the vehicle is locked/unlocked or started. We are very pleased with the range that this remote has. We would give it five stars if the remote would work for the trunk release also. Bestbuy told us this feature will not work for our car.

I been holding off on buying this for a couple of years now and i regret not buying it sooner. It has been super convenient. Esp on cold days. I was worried on auto starting my car incase of theft but luckily the doors are locked until you unlock them. Your car wont even go until the key is put in so thats makes me worry less incase someone qas to break in while its on. Heada up, if youre due for a new car battery this will drain it. I was already needing a new one so my auto remote stopped working. Now that i got a new car jattery it works perfectly fine again.
