It helps the car warm up and makes scraping ice off windshield a lot quicker. I also like being able to get up and start it on a cold morning while getting ready for work and just getting in the frost is already melted off. Definitely recommended for cold weather living and if you are not in a garage and the range of the key fob is definitely better than what came with my car so thats a bonus.

The range is great for the remotes. Also my original key fob has been configured to remote start too. The range on that fob is much less.

This was 2 remotes and remote start which I didn't have. It works so great. I love it. It's great that it makes a sound and flashes when the truck starts!

It does take about 2 hours to install though. But the remote start works great and it also works with my original keyfob by locking, unlocking, and locking again and it takes about 30 seconds until it start.

A LITTLE CONFUSING TO ARRANGE FOR THE INSTALLATION THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. I DO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE SHUTTING OFF WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR AND THEN MUST RESTART MY CAR. THAT IS VERY AGGRAVATING BUT WAS TOLD BY ISTALLER THAT IT WAS NORMAL. I THINK IT IS FAULTY.
