I had purchased Compustar 2-way remote starter from Best Buy when they had the Black Friday deal for $300 including installation. So far it has been working great without any issues.

For the price it’s a great starter. However, I’ve had a couple of minor issues with the doors unlocking and sometimes the alarm still goes off. Also my 2017 Murano sometimes doesn’t recognize my key if I use this remote to start

I love it. Has great range and it does what is intended. I wish that Toyota’s would allow for the car to stay on when you open the door. That’s the only frustrating thing.

Great starter with long range. Like that key fob makes a sound when car is started. Get it installed by Best Buy is quick and easy. Have had this installed on 2 cars with no problems

Excellent distance with the remote and limitless distance with the app. Able to see the battery level in the car, so might need to replace my battery before the winter. Love the app. There was one update that went out that the device had to be reset, I went back to best buy and they reset it but you can also remove the battery cable to reset as well for a minute.

I cannot complain as this is a very simple remote that has excellent range. It does what it says it does, and provides peace of mind. Installation was very quick. Highly recommend!

Its been a month and no issues so far. Installation was done on weekend by Bestbuy. Lucky to get an appointment. Took about 1hr to install and was roaming around Bestbuy during that time.

Incredible range, solid, and the remote works every time!

This is now the 4th time I have had this remote start system installed in one of my vehicles. I think the best thing you can say about it, is that it is reliable. Works 10 out of 10 times. I've had other Viper 2-way systems in the past that have had issues or had the remote go bad within 18 months. The Compustar systems have yet to fail me. If you keep an eye on the pricing (specially during off season) BBY will often run deals and sales on this unit, bringing the price down quite a bit which makes it a lot cheaper.

Works fine. Theres a delay when pressing the button and the car opening. distance is pretty good

Best product ever! Now I can cool my car during the summers and have it warm for the winters. The installation was only 3 hours and the associate was very knowledgeable.
