I liked it because where I live in winter it is very cold and I am lazy to go out to start the car and enter the house again and it is uncomfortable especially if there is snow

After looking for a good alarm system for a few months I decided to pull the trigger on this one and I love it

This is a great product. I enjoy having access to an phone app “Drone” to start/stop without using the phob. Vehicle always start. Even have gbs, god forbids my car get stolen, I can locate it via phone app. There is a subscription for those services. I recommend this product.

This Compustar unit works seamlessly with my car and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

After a initial glitch with remote, everything is working fine the technicians are well knowledgeable thank you bestbuy. I'll highly recommend bestbuy.

Very good i would definitely buy this again for my next car

NEVER BUY! This alarm drains your battery. Look at the reviews. We have replaced our battery, twice on a brand new truck! We are going to return this. It is defective and apparently it has a problem on all vehicles were it kills batteries.

I had great service during install at Best Buy and then they showed me how to work the system. The system is awesome and I even signed up for the yearly plan AFTER they gave me a 30 Day Trial for free.

This remote has one single job: turn on my car. That’s it. And somehow, this overpriced, useless piece of garbage can’t even manage that. I spent over $500 on this remote, just for it to work maybe 1% of the time, if I’m lucky. I’ve had nothing but problems since day one. It’s freezing outside, I supposedly have a remote start that can turn on my car from inside my room—and yet I still have to walk out to a cold car every single time because this thing never works. I regret buying this so much. If I could return it, I absolutely would, without hesitation. This is hands down one of the biggest wastes of money I’ve ever spent. $500 for nonstop frustration and disappointment. I will never buy from this company again, and after this experience, I’m seriously questioning ever buying another car without remote start at all. Complete waste. Total failure.
