    I was a little nervous at first getting the Idata link installed at Best Buy along with the viper 2 way remote start system.. But it was a really pleasant experience! The geek squad installer was extremely knowledgeable about my suv and the parts he was installing. Finished ahead of estimated time and gave me a full walk through of the product before I left

    Works perfectly. The only issue that I have is not with the product, but with the installers. First of all, when he first looked in the vehicle the keys hanging out the side of his pocket kept hitting against the car. Luckily it only received a very small scratch. They left cut wires in the floorboard and didn't set the floor trim back properly.
