Wasn’t installed right so I wouldn’t know. Don’t post upfront even if they ask you. Better luck going somewhere else.

The intrigue of this item is that it comes with free installation. However, you can call just at anywhere in the U.S. and there’s really no availability to install fire at least three months from purchase. It will be spring by the time it’s installed. If it’s not canceled or pushed back.

This was needed to have the remote start installed in my car. I'm very pleased.

This is not proper harness for my remote starter kit. Technician just cut few ends and make work. But still not satisfied with order by Best Buy staff.

Garbage, the match for the vehicle was not suitable for the kit. The best buy installation team knew which vehicle it was and the product matched the specs. The instalation team could not install the kit, nor the harness properly or get it to function on a brand new 2020 Toyota Rav4. The installation took the technicians over 4hrs to not even get it to work

This was installed with my remote start for my car

Cant really review the starter because Best Buy installation cancelled appointments repeatedly so after a few months I gave up. After that Best Buy wouldn’t accept a return because the box has gotten wet. So best I can say is I got it cheap and cancelled my total tech support.

Absent any instructions, manuals, documentation, and labeling. Pathetic and useless to even the kids working installations at Best Buy. Compustar also has a poor website with only minimal details on its products. Appears like they have no interest in providing adequate and necessary info on their products!!!

Still it installed. Earliest appointment is March 11. Very discussed with your installation appointments. The winter will be over and this was meant to help during winter months. I give this one star because there was nothing lower

Bought along with Auto Start. Wrong one for my car.

Installer didn't finished alarm saying door switch need be replaced 2 thumbs down
