Mis communication -lack of product understanding

However, you can call just at anywhere in the U.S. and there’s really no availability to install fire at least three months from purchase. It will be spring by the time it’s installed. If it’s not canceled or pushed back.

Cannot be installed for specified application

The best buy installation team knew which vehicle it was and the product matched the specs. The instalation team could not install the kit, nor the harness properly or get it to function on a brand new 2020 Toyota Rav4. The installation took the technicians over 4hrs to not even get it to work

Installation terrible

After that Best Buy wouldn’t accept a return because the box has gotten wet. So best I can say is I got it cheap and cancelled my total tech support.
