You don't know what you're missing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally bought a Viper auto start only to later find out that the keyless entry key fob to my car would be disabled by the auto start and I'd have to use my keys. Also the viper remote can't be upgraded later if I wanted to add an alarm. But I have NONE of those problems with the Compustar system! I love this thing. INTERSTING FACT: Compustar started in Alaska where we know what cold is! So if you're looking for a good modular system with reliable cold starts and easily upgradable later, look no further than Compustar

Great product for the car to make life easier

The two way remote is a very nice feature

Don't Buy this!

After that my car wouldn't even start, I had to have it jumped. I had it removed and a different one installed (that is made in the USA) and haven't had any issues since. The only thing I thought was neat was the remote itself because it had a little car on and and the two times it worked it showed exhaust coming out of the car and that way you knew it did start. They said it was hard to install and they even told us after the fact that they had had isssues with this particular one.

Works, with some tweaks
