This product was purchased for my husbands vehicle. We were both used to the viper remote start but the tech assured us that this product was the same if not better and now I have to agree with him. One night we were on a walk around our neighborhood and we were going to go to the store so my husband decided to try to remote start his car, and we seemed way out of range, but it did start. In our opinion this is better than the viper and we are glad that we tried it.

I bought this remote starter for my daughter’s car to deal with the cold Minnesota Winters. The installation was quick and the service was very professional. She is very pleased with it!

Great car starter! I bought this for my husband for Christmas... He loves it. Everything works great; we had it installed by Geek Squad which took a long time to do but it has bee worth the wait!

I researched remote starts quite a bit and decided on this one for my 05 Saturn vue. For $260 (starter and installation) I decided to have the best buy pros install it and not mess with it myself. 3 hours and it was done! I have one remote to lock, unlock, and start the car. Couldn't be happier with it. The range of the remote is far superior to the factory fob. From purchasing questions to install I'm very impressed with the guys at best buy.

Only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that I wish it still enabled the horn honk as confirmation of locking/unlocking the car. Remote start is great however and love that it works from long distance.

Purchased device on sale and had it installed by Best Buy 1 week later. Installation phase went smooth with no hitches. Device does everything I expected it to do.

While pricey, the remote start has worked expertly, making us a lot more comfortable starting our car on cold mornings! This was a must buy item for our first winter with our baby!

I ordered my autostart on Black Friday sale had it installed at Best Buy seems to work pretty good I did this $70 upgrade for the remote well worth the money

Sometimes if I don't do the remote start in certain steps or if the car is not running for a certain amount of time, the car shuts off when I go to drive away. If I follow all the steps and the car is running for a certain amount of time when I go to leave, I can just drive away. All in all through, the remote start works from a great distance and it's very easy to use. I love being able to start my car from my bedroom on those really cold early mornings!

I would recommend this remote starter to anyone works perfect just like the installer said it would work starts every time it's convenient don't ever have to go out into the cold without the car being warm first I would recommend this product to anybody that is looking for a good car start I really wasn't into remote starters till I found this one and it has been nothing but great since I bought it

The starter works great, but because of the fob/ button start, the car shuts off when you enter it. Not a real big deal cuz the car gets warmed up, but weird that it shuts off.

We are very happy with the ease of use for this product, the app on the phone is simple to use and everything was user friendly and fast to get familiar with.

I've had this item for a little over a month now and am so happy I had Justin from one of their locations install this and a car alarm on my new car. I recommend talking to the installer at your local store about compatibility and functions. I originally purchased something from a different location with only talking to a sales guy. This guy was nice but he didnt know what he was talking about. I went to my scheduled appointment with products (waited 3 weeks) to find out I didnt have what I needed and almost had to set another appointment up but he offered to work on it if I could leave it there over night so he could finish it. Justin was very nice and explained everything to me. Thanks Justin!! Happy customer. I will be going back to his location when I'm ready for more installs.

Install was longer than expected because my car was a manual. The remote start works perfectly!

We bought a new vehicle which had a remote standard and then bought this remote for our truck, game changer in the morning on cold days!

I received this has a discontinued item with an install price. This works like it's suppose to and starts my truck like it should!

I love the remote starter. It works great, but I wish the engine didn’t shut off when the door is opened. I have had others that allowed me not to shut off reducing the use on the starter. It may be more of an issue with the push button starters in keyless models such as the Toyota Prius V and Acura RDX that I have these installed.
