Geek Squad installed my new HP computer, transferred data from my old PC and made 2 trips to help me with a program issue. As always Geek Squad personnel were fantastic!

The Geek Squad representative call that he was on his way, arrived on time and helped correct the issues I was having with my new Dell desk top computer and some issues with Windows 10 software. He was polite and explained everything he was doing.

I could not get connected to the internet and I am fairly tech savvy myself. But I needed help and the Geek people fixed me right up and I could not be happier I got them for my problem. Any tech issue, especially after a cable guy can't fix it, the Geek Squad will fix it.
