Christian was very knowledgeable and patient helping my wife and me with resetting her iPhone. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the reset process. We now have a working iPhone. Thank you Christian/Best Buy and Geek Squad.

Tech came at time promised. Put on his PPE stuff as per policy. Made sure what I hooked up was done correctly then helped me work thru programing issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Only down side was I had to wait for ten days to get an appointment. Had I needed help quickly, I would have returned the computer immediately for lack of service.

Geek Squad agent was on time, courteous, and friendly and addressed all my concerns in addition to fixing the problem for which I had originally called for. I would highly recommend purchasing the total tech protection plan when purchasing a new device, well worth the money!

The Squad did the best they could. They've concluded it is mechanical and it makes sense. My 11 month old Asus - is going back to the MFG. I told ASUS what the Geek Squad told me and they said that it was helpful advice and conclusion. My 11 year old Asus - I hope it holds up for the next 2-3 weeks!

Abhi is an excellent tech. He installed my replacement UPS battery and suggested recycle of the old one at Batteries Plus. Everything checked out fine after the install on my desktop PC and printers backed up by the UPS. Abhi, good job, thanks very much.

Geek Squad Tech Drew, was professional and friendly. Explained steps taken in setting up the printer & iPad. Made sure that everything was functioning properly before leaving. Tech also removed old printer.
