Agent installed a converter to allow me to access local tv from an old antenna on the roof. Work was done quickly with explanation of how to use the remote for the device with the one for tv to bring in reception. Agent was businesslike, friendly, professional, on time, knowledgeable and communicative. Maintained covid safety protocol at all times.

Chris fixed all my issues with my computer and printer and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. Very informative and professional.

The agent Mathew was amazing! He helped set up my TVs with Apple TV and Roku as well as home security cameras, laptop and iPhone issues. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Adam moved our tv from the living room to the den and attached a antenna. He checked out our viewing preference and set the tv to it. He was neat and tidy clean up and helped me set the tv stand under the tv. Really a great service that Best Buy and the Geek Squad provide. We could not be more content.

Our Geek is really good, knowledgeable and efficient. He takes the time to answer all our questions. Our chief complaint has to do with not being able to call our store and get good information. The National number does not help us much at all.

The agent set up the installed the EERO 6+ mesh system to extend our home internet reception. He was meticulous and very neat working in some very crowded areas. The system has worked flawlessly and we are delighted with our improved signal.

Geek Squad Tech Drew, was professional and friendly. Explained steps taken in setting up the printer & iPad. Made sure that everything was functioning properly before leaving. Tech also removed old printer.

Agent Chip was wonderful in updating our computer E-mail etc. after we decided to use this PC as our Master after moving to Florida as our homestead. He was very nice, made all the changes we wanted and provided good judgement as to our updates. Agent Chris is truly recommended for those that need installation and updates to their computer.
