My Geek Agent was Dalton. He was fantastic! He helped me with more than what he came for. He extended himself on looking at the connections of my tv, speakers and outdoor dashcam. Dalton was knowledgeable and geeked throughout all my issues quickly! I was impressed because it had been months and several friends trying to help and couldn’t figure it out. Employees like Dalton should be recognized and rewarded and promoted so they feel appreciated and value at the company.

When the Geek Squad agent Martin came to my house it was such a relief because I knew then my computer/printer problems would be solved.........which they were. Martin was very patient when I kept asking questions and he explained things in language I understood not the computer lingo which was also nice. He gave me time to write down notes as we went along and when he left He said "good-bye, call if you need me" and that was nice to know too that his help would be around for my next appointment if I needed one.
