The appointment date was set; I was notified of the "window" the day before the appointment; the agent called the morning of the appointment to assure all was in order and his likely arrival time; the agent arrived on time, and the Agent Clay was calm, experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant and accomplished what was needed within the time estimated.
