The process to actually get initial appointment scheduled was a complete nightmare. I got disconnected a couple times and agents never called back. After speaking with multiple customer support agents I finally got the appointment set up but literally a month wait. However, Agent Eric Pulley was so helpful and thorough with explaining processes. I can't say enough positive on his ability to resolve everything with such little time given for the appointment.

The person who came to my home was very explicit and explain and resolved all involvement of how to print and how to deal resolving problems with printers and computers.
