Geek Squad are wizards!

Megan. the tech that was sent out, is a wizard! I'm not sure what she did, nor do I care! Just pleased she was able to resolve my issue. Thanks again Geek Squad, and glad again for Best Buy Total Tech Support! Worth it!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The appointment date was set; I was notified of the "window" the day before the appointment; the agent called the morning of the appointment to assure all was in order and his likely arrival time; the agent arrived on time, and the Agent Clay was calm, experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant and accomplished what was needed within the time estimated. Nothing is better than that for a service provider!!
