Geek Squad removed background blurring on camera

We could not find any setting that removed the blurring. Toby investigated the issue and could not find any settings either. Finally he removed all of the apps associated with Lenovo that we did not need and the blurring went away. We are so thankful to have this issue resolved.

Helpful and honest answers

Agent checked out the laptop and fixed the problem and it worked. The agent explained that when it would happen again, the laptop would need a new WiFi card. He was very helpful. Indeed a week later it happened again and we bought a new WiFi card on line and the Geek Squad installed it at the store. That was several weeks ago and we have had no more problems. We did it this way because we didn’t want to send the laptop to Kentucky again and being without it again another week.
