    The agent reviewed all my accounts on the computer and then answered all my specific questions; which was like 20. He also changed the sound connection as the original pad was no longer working. He tested everything and explained the life of the computer and the risk for a long term usage.

    I absolutely teust Best Buy with ALL my electronics, cellphones, T.V.'s. My Computer. Best Buy is the only electronics store i buy from. If i ever have an issue with something the fix it right away. Thank you Best Buy and the Geek squad for everything!! Your Awesome!!
