The Service I Received Was To Set Up My Computer so I Could Use my Television Speakers As The Primary Communication Device for My Computer. Or Use My Headphones As The Primary Input Output Device For My Computer. They Did A Bang Up Job.

First, let me add that the gentleman arrived right on time! While he was here, he took his time to go through my laptop to address the issue I was having! Not only did he discover the problem rather quickly, he explained to me how to address the issue if the problem arises again!

The team was great. They took down the old TV and hauled it off. They hooked up all our needed devices and connected to the internet. They also went over features and how to use the remote for different devices. Totaltec was the best purchase I have ever made. They had also hooked up my new computer and transferred stuff from one computer to the new one just a couple of months ago.

Eric Pulley accomplished n 20 minutes what 2 afternoons of Geek Squad remote logon techs couldn't. He' a great Squad tech and fixed the sound issue on my PC with no problem. He additionally updated it and and ensured it was functioning as it should. I cannot recommend remote logon repair attempts. However, Eric Pulley and Geek Squad home services has my highest recommendations.
