    Afterer thrtee trips to the Best Buy store to get my computer fixed and finding it not working each time I brought it home, I was thrilled when the Geek Squad man who came to my house checked the computer and found the problem was a faulty keyboard. He checked the system thououghly and had a keyboard in his truck to sell to me so I could get back on the computer. VERY PLEASED with this in home service!!!!

    The scheduling service had noticable lack of accountability for properly and accurately completing service order tickets. My service tech was not fully informed about the requested service and had to update the ticket in order to perform the job. The service tech should have complete and accurate information on their assigned work order when performing jobs. However, the service tech was wonderful and performed a highly quality job.
