Loren Sweet does an amazing job. He knows what has to be done and does it, but he also explains it and tells how the problem can be resolved in the future. He is pleasant and has a good sense of humor. Having him come to my house to make a repair is well worth the money.

The agent came to my home and found the WIFI problem I was having with my desktop computer. Other devises were not affected. He came into my home and within 15 minutes it was fixed. He then took the time to show me what he had done so that I could fix it if myself it ever happened again. I was very pleased with both his professionalism, computer skills and tech saavy.

I was having trouble getting internet service throughout my building. I didn't know what was going on. I read the instructions several times and just couldn't figure it out. The Geek Squad Agent came by diagnosed the problem and just like magic.... solved the problem by meshing the Routers together and even gave me a quick lesson, I learned something that day. Great Job, well worth the money to be a Total Tech Member!!
