    The GEEK Squad technician which installed our new computer and performed the data transfer from the old computer was professional, courteous, friendly, and willing to answer all our questions. This is the 4th time he has assisted us with computer related issues/installations, and I will request him if future needs arise!

    I was having trouble getting internet service throughout my building. I didn't know what was going on. I read the instructions several times and just couldn't figure it out. The Geek Squad Agent came by diagnosed the problem and just like magic.... solved the problem by meshing the Routers together and even gave me a quick lesson, I learned something that day. Great Job, well worth the money to be a Total Tech Member!!

    Mr. Kempton came to my house to help me with my internet connection and to connect my printer to my computer so that I could print. Over the years, Mr. Kempton has been to my house to help me with my computer and he is very friendly, and knowledgeable.
