I had Joshua out to set up my new computer and then out again to help me with email issues. He is a fantastic tech (I know as I spent 25 years in the telecom industry) and I would guess (and hope) that Best Buy would only employ experienced folks with the same credentials and knowledge as Joshua has. Highly recommended!

Among the issues I was having was that the computer would not let me allow remote access so I had to schedule a house call. The technician was polite and patient and spent about 2 hours resolving multiple issue and installing a back-up drive. He worked quickly, but there were many issue, including the speed of the computer being greatly diminished. He explained every action that he took. I was very impressed.

The agent Sixto did a great job. I am older and not so hi tech, he worked on updating my desktop and email and various settings that were glitched, it was much too complicated for me to do. Thanks to him, it is now fixed and I am most appreciative.

Ring Doorbell was reinstalled as required after internet was down for some time due to issues with provider service. Also, Wi-Fi was set up on TV's and corrected not being able to use Cox Cable TV on one TV. Device reset was performed.

A huge, HUGE, shoutout to Dendra. After lightning hit my house and knocked out my modem and router, Dendra came out and got everything back on track. Her personality and thoughtfulness made the experience so comfortable and easy for me. While here, she also figured out a couple of hiccups I had with my Apple TV, and now all is running smoothly again. Thank you so much to Dendra and the Geek Squad for outstanding service.
