    The geek squad technician showed up on time put covers on his shoes when he walked into my house, very professional and polite, and put up with my lack of knowledge, and continue to over and over again to service me like I would have anticipated in a first class manner

    "Elizabeth" was the technician who came out and saved the day!!! She was diligent and persistent with her troubleshooting and coming up with a resolution that worked! I had a docking station that needed to be hooked up to my work laptop and a KVM Switch box connected so I was able to switch back/forth between my work laptop and personal home computer. Everything works great!!!

    This review is really for the tech, Alan, who straightened out the service scheduling problems I was having and I believe he actually came out on what should have been personal time to take care of my computer. The 5 stars are for Alan. If I'm reviewing for the scheduling, it would have been 1 star - many problems, apparent lack of communication schedulers in India.

    Gregg at Best Buy in Palm Desert, Ca. was the most helpful, professional, courteous & knowlegeable salesperson. He took the time to find the best TV to fit our needs at the best possible price. Gregg also arranged for the delivery & set up to work with our schedules. We are really impressed with his customer service.
