They said it was my computer. Geek Squad plservice man came said it wasn't my computer checked it all out and said it was still my internet service and we added a router and now it works !

Hacked Lotus WK4 spreadsheet files!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My computer was hacked. Some Lotus WK4 spreadsheet files would not open. Kris (I believe) worked hard for about an hour and a half. Was not able to completely bring back my files but using information given by Kris I was able to transfer the files to a different spreadsheet (Excel) and basically got them to open.

"Elizabeth" is a wonder woman!!

She was diligent and persistent with her troubleshooting and coming up with a resolution that worked! I had a docking station that needed to be hooked up to my work laptop and a KVM Switch box connected so I was able to switch back/forth between my work laptop and personal home computer. Everything works great!!!

Over the years, Mr. Kempton has been to my house to help me with my computer and he is very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Alan was marvelous! Indian schedulers - NOT.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This review is really for the tech, Alan, who straightened out the service scheduling problems I was having and I believe he actually came out on what should have been personal time to take care of my computer. The 5 stars are for Alan. If I'm reviewing for the scheduling, it would have been 1 star - many problems, apparent lack of communication schedulers in India.
