    I was having trouble with my Bluetooth capability on my copier. My Roku was buffering way to much. I thought my router was going to need replaced, unplugged the router for 15 seconds, plugged it back in all my problems disappeared. Thanks

    We had the best service we have ever had. She was amazing and I wish I could get her every single time.     The folks at Best Buy on Germantown Parkway did a great job. And Marvin Chevalier did great! I was literally so frustrated by the issues with the Poplar Avenue location that I was prepared to cancel my membership to Totaltech. Marvin changed that.

    Agent Tom Huber was awesome at setting up my new desktop double monitor computer system and making sure all security settings where optimal for protection and safe usage. His knowledge even solved a couple little problems that I couldn't figure out but he was able to make everything work great. Awesome GeekSquad Agent!

    The lady who helped me taught me how to remove emails and how to remove companies from sending me emails. She was very good explaining everything and would repeat things I didn't understand. She came on time and worked efficiently. I am happy with the help the Geek Squad always give and I was glad she came to the house!!!!!
