Our tech was phenomenal!!! Too bad Geek Squad is doing away with their in-home assistance. It was far more effective to have the tech see the issue first hand rather try to fix a problem based solely off a conversation.

The agent Fixed our external video device so it play dvds. And he showed us how to move our photos around. And he showed me how to display my photos from my phone on our monitor so I can free up the data on my phone.

The agent helped me to learn how to download photos from my phone and camera. She also explained and helped my set up a Bluetooth music device. I am a senior lady and besides explaining, she wrote down instructions for me to use in the future.

The geek squad was fantastic and efficient and knowledgeable in repairing and fixing along with reviewing everything with me on my error on my computer as I told them I am computer ignorant and caused the problem.

Geek Squad Rep., Jesse Sutherland, was here and in a matter if minutes determined that the "computer problem" was actually a problem with the screen. We asked him what he would recommend and he looked on the Best Buy site and found one that fits in the space we have. It was here in just a couple of days and we're back in business!

Tech support with the Geek Squad es done professionally and courteously. The tech diagnosed and, suggested the fix and corrected the lack of internet connection in the room where it was needed.

The gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was not happy, however when I found the service agreement that we paid for no longer covers in-home service. We will be cancelling it and will never pay for that again.
