Jedidiah did an awesome job helping us with our Wi-Fi mesh system. He was very thorough and ensured we were satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend geek squad to my family and friends.

Richard Sando from the Geek Squad did an excellent job reviewing the problems I was having with my computer and fixing them. He not only corrected the issues I was having, but also explained what would be needed for my successful use of Zoom meetings in the future.

Teresa was very helpful. Had several computer issues that could not be resolved over the phone and she was able to sort them out during home appointments

The annual Geek Squad plan I pay for has been priceless. A lot can be done over the phone, with them remotely accessing my computer. When that doesn't fix the problem in-house or at the store has always figured it out and fixed it.

Checked out my malfunctioning Samsung devise & quickly determined it was working fine. Advised that I could pack up the new Chromebook & return it. He helped repack it.

Geek Squad member James was incredible and was able to fix a problem another company had created. However, I have been a Geek Squad member for many years and I am really tired of having to wait so long each time for an appointment. Plus you almost have to beg to get an in-house appt. This recent increase in fees and decrease in services has really caused me to start looking around for another service. Best Buy's rules and regs get to be very annoying. There is no service that is easy. Any time I have to call to talk to someone it takes at least 45 min to an hour just to wait on hold before you finally get to an IT person! It is beyond annoying and I supposed is accepted by the community since there is no other comparable service.

Whenever I call for an appointment, Jose DaSilva is always very prompt about calling me to set up an appt. and always does a wonderful job.

Excellent service from a knowledgeable, professional, patient and customer oriented service provider. She was a pleasure to work with and would like for her to be our “go to” technician.

The agent discovered our old laptop was dangerous- battery was swollen and could cause a fire. Helped us decide on new laptop and came back to set it up when it arrived. He was courteous and we are thankful for his help.

Gus ( Gustavo ) was wonderful! He is a true healer of computer problems. I seem to have him come out every year for a problem and he solves the problem! I am very pleased with his service! Than you for sending Gus!

The agent checked the functionality of my new ARRIS Modem, the connection to my home Ethernet Network and checked over the connections ot our desk top computer.

We needed a review of all of our connected devices after switching modems and routers. Geek squad helped us position the new equipment correctly and got us up and running with everything.

The representative showed up on time and diligently went to work with the project I had planned. He stayed on task and then reviewed what he had done with me. Very impressed with the representative.

Agent Wilson did a Wonderfull job of getting our new iMac up and running. I was disappointed that the Geek Squad sent us home with a trivial password. My overall communication with the the geek sqard in the store was poor.

The agent is very customer service oriented. He is patient and explains what he is doing. He answered my questions in a manner that a retired senior citizen can understand.

It would be a more helpful to me it the tech were a little more communicative. I know what they did to assist us was not a difficult task but if the tech could actually had explained or talked about the task and not just complete the task, which took very little time, it would be more helpful for me to understand.

Jayson seems thorough but it would be best if he gave me notes to follow as I am computer illiterate and 73. I would love him to email me instructions in writing that I can download and refer to when needed. That is my request and hopefully he will call me and we can discuss what instructions i need from him via email.

Agent reconnected my laptop to my printer as well as connecting a new phone and iPad to my printer. He also helped me with 2 other laptop issues.
