The guy was nice and helped me figure out the issue and solution. Also stopped some stuff from auto coming on when my desktop came on, stuff that didn't need to do that and was just taking up precious ram since I don't have a lot :)

The remote Gerk Squad service removed a problem I encountered on the web. Then I asked them to do a remote clean up. Very effective.

Jayson seems thorough but it would be best if he gave me notes to follow as I am computer illiterate and 73. I would love him to email me instructions in writing that I can download and refer to when needed. That is my request and hopefully he will call me and we can discuss what instructions i need from him via email.

The agent discovered our old laptop was dangerous- battery was swollen and could cause a fire. Helped us decide on new laptop and came back to set it up when it arrived. He was courteous and we are thankful for his help.

The annual Geek Squad plan I pay for has been priceless. A lot can be done over the phone, with them remotely accessing my computer. When that doesn't fix the problem in-house or at the store has always figured it out and fixed it.

The agent installed the device that coordinates hearing aids with the television to channel the sound through the hearing aids. This task was beyond the capability of the homeowner. The agent figured it out and made the connections in short order. Very impressive and appreciated!

Thank goodness for Geek Squad! They were the only ones that figured out how to correctly repair my computer. Several others tried and failed. I was able to get my computer fixed at home. Great home service!
