Geek Squad came to my home to set up my new computer.

The technician, Andrew Shugart, immediately analyzed, corrected and restored all electronics. Condo was being refinished by contractor who had disconnected everything. As a result, I will continue doing business with Best Buy.

The agent connected all of our devices to the printer. My husband's computer was connected and phones and tablet also print. He answered all our questions and talked us thru the set up.

The Geek Squad technician who came to my house was on time, and was able to quickly identify the problem I was having with my PC.

The Tech Was Able Quickly Make Computer Software Repairs. To Clean Up Some Issues We Were Having He Made Some Recommendations For Future Upgrades .

My tech is awesome. He installed my new computer and moved the important information over from old computer and also got my backup installed for me.

I am answering for my senior aged mother that lives out of town and has a geek squad membership. It is invaluable that she can have assistance where she lives.

He was very mindful and helpful. He fixed my problem and showed me how to correct the information if I needed to correct it again. Very nice person.

We are unable to get Serius XM sound, and the Clock is off on our Internet Service. He did set us up with He set up with a Streaming Service, but, did not leave any instructions on how to access the service. It was a lot to try to remember! We are not blaming anyone. We just could use some written source information until we get used to using the service.

I don't know much about technology so whenever something goes wrong I always call the Geek Squad. They're always very helpful and informative and don't make me feel as though I am Inferior
