My email problem was repaired quickly and accurately. The repair person was courteous and he explained why the issue occurred and how to prevent it from happening again.

I am answering for my senior aged mother that lives out of town and has a geek squad membership. It is invaluable that she can have assistance where she lives.

My error in downloading a "virus" was resolved quickly and, as of yet, seems to have completely resolved the issue. Tks

Sean was great. Had him check my mothers computer, which was running slowly. He explained that it was probably age of computer. Also helped her to get into a website she was having trouble with.

I had a hum on my speakers, connected to my PC CPU. Geeks located the problem and told me how to avoid it or fix it in the future. Hum is gone now, after they adjusted the speaker plug on my CPU.
