The Geek Squad found two viruses that the online service had missed. Hackers had used a virus to try to steal money from one of my accounts but were prevented from doing so and hopefully I am now protected

Technician was very nice and he got to work right away. But the 30 day warranty wasn't worth anything. I called after 3 weeks when my desktop computer would no longer boot up. I was told that there was no warranty about that, even though that was part of the problem that I called about initially. I was now told that I would have to bring the tower in to the store for them to look at it. The would mean that I had to take apart my desk to get at the tower. So much for a warranty on their work.

The agent was able to remove the hard drives of my old laptop computers and recycle my old computers successfully.
