The agent advised us on problems with a phone and a desktop computer. It was all excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He was the best we've ever had from the Geek Squad.

I went to the store for service and the Geek Squad was useless! Had an in home service and the agent was wonderful! I would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately the store service has been terrible on several attempts.
