Stewart did a good job on my computer. The screen was freezing up and was having some other problems. My computer is old so he said if this didn't fix it I would probably be better off getting a new computer.

The representatives were very courteous and had extra equipment in their van just in case such was requested. We were able to get a cover for the tv electric cord leading to the outlet as a result.

The Person who came was supposed to remove all of Microsoft Dock program, but it has come back. They did check my computer for other programs though and it looks like he got them.
