The agents made sure that my computer was reading the USB device and viewed other programs on the computer.

He was on time very capable. Your request for rveiew is tto long/ either good or bad and reason I have macular degeneration and it it hard to try to answer.

At home service was 5 plus service. However, I tried the service over the phone first and that is why you see only 4 star approval. Over the phone service is frustrating due to the language barrier you have to deal with. You need to improve on that. Loved my in home tect!

My problem was solved quickly and efficiently. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable.

Did a tremendous job getting rid of trolls /virus that locked our PC screen. This time we called for service repair at home. It was great!
