Overall great clippers for price just wish it had a lil more attachments

These inexpensive clippers get a thumbs up for their overall performance

I have been cutting my own hair for twenty years and this is my third set of clippers I have used... First the positives, cord length is good for solo use, a good selection of guides (combs), i really like that the taper control has five locking positions (my previous clippers had a sliding version that was difficult to keep consistent), very quiet compared to other plug in models, plenty of power, ergonomically easy to use, scissors included. Now for negatives, it is not cordless (but cordless models do not have great power and require charging maintenance), the only storage is a bag (i wish the was a small soft sided case included). Overall these are a solid purchase for the price point and since Conair is a quality company has been around for a long time I expect to last for a lot of haircuts. I received this product as part of a free sample program, and I gave an unbiased review.

Have more force, was dificult with the olderthat we have and with this take less time to cut.

I had high hopes for this hair clipper. It does a pretty decent job with cutting hair and leaving a good even trim, and has some distinct positives. It is very quiet, lightweight, and feels good in the hand. However it has drawbacks that can be fairly glaring, the worst of which is the short cord, the fact that half of the unit is plastic not metal which seems implied by calling it the Metal Series, and flimsy attachments that feel very cheap. I would also have preferred more included accessories, in particular a hard case rather than a cheap bag that is too small to actually fit the clipper into without it sticking out. Cutting performance is good as it is strong, but getting enough reach with the short cord is difficult and the combs are easily bent out of shape. Keeping it all together in the small bag is a tall order. It just seems to me that Conair put "Man" on this line of equipment in hopes that would be all it took to make it appeal to Men and broaden their audience. I am not at all convinced.

Excellent Clippers but for home use. Recommend the cordless battery-operated

Clipper was assembled incorrectly. The blade was crooked which would cause an uneven cut. Very disappointed in this product. The plastic guards along with the blade adjusting arm also seem to be very flimsy but I guess that's to be expected at this price point?

Egh...not impressed does a poor job of clipping and cutting hair...witch is its make purpose...my cordless norelco series 8000 does a much better job and its more of a beard trimmer...

The handle was pink. It's really not a color that I like For my hair clippers
