This product has good intentions but if your hair is not perfectly in there then you risk getting hair pulled.

It catches your hair in it and it is very hard to get out.

Wife never uses it - says it doesn't work. She does say her type of hair may be part of the cause though.

Nice curler , too time consuming. Requires small parts of hair throughout or your hair will get stuck!

I was excited about this product. I have long fine hair, and it's not too thick. I thought this would be great to use. I have tried it several times and it doesn't even make a slight wave in my hair, much less curl. My hair also gets tangled if you don't hold it just right.

not sure it really works that well, maybe depends on what type of hair you have.

Overall the concept of the product is great which why I originally purchased the product. however when using I found that the curls were inconsistent and some time does not curl at all.

First I'll start by saying that if you get your hair stuck in the chamber you aren't doing it correctly and didn't read the instructions. If you use this product correctly it will give you amazing curls that last even on day 2. My boyfriend got me this curler and I am so happy he did. I actually have very curly hair...think coils, not waves. I let my hair naturally dry (usually overnight) and then use this to produce beach curls instead of tight kinky curls and it works like a charm. I curl my hair in 10 minutes every morning and it looks like it took hours. Just a tip, I found that if I spray my hair with hair spray, and then curl it, it stays so much better. it does come out a little stiff at first but run your hands over it gently and the curls will loosen right up and look amazing. I just love this product.

we purchased this for our 16 year daughter cuz she begged us for it for Christmas...she tried it once, put it back, and now we feel we wasted our money

I just did not like it. It did not meet the expectations that I had from this product. it is going back.

Don't use it if your hair is short, thin or both. This is won't work well.

I purchased this item on sale without reading the reviews first. When I opened the box and saw the item, I put it back in the box and promptly returned it to the store. I have another curler that isn't as complicated to use and works very well.

THE CONAIR DID NOT DO WHAT IS SAID AND IT TANGLES THE HAIR VERY BADLY.... RETURNED IT TO THE STORE.. NOW I KNOW WHY IT WAS THERE FOR SO LONG.... VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

Totally not worth the money. It definitely does not work which is unfortunate beings some people really need the help with curling their hair. To bad
