Doesn't curl and several times it sucked my hair in and knotted it. I returned it.

Doesn’t work as shown on straight hair. Tried several settings still no curl

First of all let me say I am one to read customer reviews on products but never write any. Well I am writing one about this product! Oh my gosh wow is this curler the most amazing thing I have ever used! I love my hair curly but wasn't ever good with a regular curling iron. I have medium thick hair that is half way down my back and I curled it all in about 30 minutes on my first try. I'm sure the more I use it the quicker I'll get. But honestly, for the length and thickness of my hair, 30 minutes is perfectly fine for me. The hardest thing for me using this curler was using it on the opposite side of my head with my non-dominant hand. But even that wasn't that big of a deal. Now about the curls...they were gorgeous and last an entire 24 hours with me even sleeping on them! And this is without using any hair products either like hairspray. This curler is worth every penny I paid for it and is probably the only curler I will ever use from now on to curl my hair. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

So easy to use and I'm not great at using things like curling irons ! Whoever came up with this design is a genius! The curls last longer than when I used to use hot rollers. Another great thing about this is it doesn't take long to curl your whole head !

Got this for my wife for Christmas, this could have been her only gift and she would have been satisfied. She has used it several times and told me it was worth a 4 stars and beat out all the traditional ways to curl your hair. So i would say get it!

I purchased this online for my daughter. I found it on BestBuy.com for $69.99 during the Black Friday sales period. Best price I have come across since I began searching. My daughter saw the commercial a long time ago and asked for it for Christmas last year but I couldn't find it in stock anywhere. Thankfully I found it this year, even though it wasn't on the list, I'm sure she'll be surprised! I have read several reviews on multiple sites and watched endless videos on YouTube. My daughter has long, thick and luxurious hair, so, I'm sure it may be tricky until we get the hang of it (See that I said, "WE"...I'm positive I'm going to have to help her!# However, I feel confident in this purchase and I can't wait to see her face! Thanks Best Buy for all the great deals you've had this holiday! As always, shopping and shipping was a breeze. I estimate I've completed 95% of my shopping online. #I'm sure that 50% of it has been at Best Buy this year...3 teenagers!# All that's left are the little last minute stocking stuffers I pick up. Makes nice uniform curls but only capable of curling small amounts of hair at once so it takes a long time to complete, the tool gets very heavy and you only get the kind of hairstyle that is many small strands of curls (many small strands can make hair look puffy and can't really achieve other styles like loose waves). Bought this as a beginner but I feel like I'd have been better off practicing with the wand which is much more versatile. Not to mention it's pricey.

This curling iron works magically!! It heats up fast, and I like the beeping feature that allows you to not burn your hair! The only thing is you have to make sure you seperste your hair because I got mine stuck my first time and it was hard to get out! But overall it normally takes me half an hour to curl my hair perfectly and with this it takes 15 minutes! It works perfectly!

This product is worth every penny. My curls lasted for a week and I have straight hair. This really works.

I normally hate to curl my hair, but this takes all of the drama and labor out of the process. Awesome product!

is a good product my wife was very happy to receive it and had a good result, however once she was using and her hair wrapped inside the unit and with a lot of patience had to help her not to cut her hair

I tried this curling iron to replace a higher quality one that I previously owned. I wasn't happy with the quality. The plastic handle felt like it would break easily and it just didn't feel solid. It also doesn't have the option of which way to twist the curl, which was very nice on my other one. I sent it back the day I got it and replaced the Babyliss Pro that I had. More money but well worth it for the quality.

Didn't curl my hair at all. Not sure if it's because my hair is so long, but my hair also got stuck in it. Not for very long it knew it and stopped spinning. So I didn't have to cut my hair to get out. That was a plus.

I borough it for my sister. Work perfect. I really recommend this product

Great product. Good diffuser for curls. I like the color. It's also lightweight and small enough for travel.

It does not work, don't waste your money, I am sending it back.
