Doesn't fit my needs

I bought this one and was very disappointed. I don't know if i just got a dud or if they're all like this but mine did not get very hot at all. it took twice as long to blow dry my hair. I've already found a better one that was even cheaper.

It can get pretty hot. The first time I used it, it short circuited my outlet. After that, it was fine. I just didn't leave on as long.
