The special features & the quality of the product with the Conair name on it attracted me. It works well on my thick medium length hair & I am able to style with it. Also, the hairdryer dries my hair faster without any frizzing. My hair comes out nice with smooth styling. I believe this product is made well & it has a 4 year warranty. Plus, I love the neon peach/pink color!
