    This was a replacement of my old one (i think it was the same model) I had the other one for 6 years and the plastic shell only broke when I dropped it.

    It does alright, but if you have longer hair or rely on a blow dryer heavily, I would choose something with more power. Even on the highest setting, it doesn't push out a whole lot of heat. It was inexpensive so I don't feel ripped off, just keep your expectations toned.
