It does what it is suppose to do but it could work better and at times it doesn't do what it is suppose to do

We live in a brick house, have a business and poor reception. We have AT&T. This did not work for us.

You can't live in a valley, you can't live more then 5 miles from a cell tower and almost needs to be in line of sight

We have terrible cell service at our new home. We bought this to try and boost the signal in the house but we couldn't get a strong signal anywhere... we gave up early and may have got it to work with more of an effort but we'd rather get a land line if necessary due to the price of this device.

After setting it up, climbing on the roof and all, the signal was no different than when I didn't use the device.

I shouldn’t really blame the product I suppose, but I was hoping for some help. I live in a rural area and reception is very iffy at best. I was hoping for some improvement with the booster but I guess I was looking for a miracle or two. The installation was so involved that there was no way I was going to take it down and try and send it back. I don’t think any booster would help here.

It didn't meet my expectations it works to increase voice service but it doesn't work for 4g data. Returned item

the device did improve the signal but not nearly as much as we expected.

I can get 0-2 cell bars at my house. Cell reception is bad. I think it's my location and the device. Put it on top of my house, away from my house, and it didn't make cell reception any better. The Call over WIFI feature in my Samsung doesn't work all that well sometimes and i get dropped calls. Hopefully soon MetroPCS will put a cell tower closer.

We purchased and installed this system because our home is in a deep dip in the land. It worked great at first then it seemed to just quit. The customer service was no help at all! What a disappointment because it was not cheap!!

It is a nice unit, but did not improve my cell signal. I spoke with mfg. support and went step by step, to make sure I did not miss anything. Wish I had success, so sorry didn’t perform.

I bought it so I can get good signal for my phone and it did not help! I don't have good range around my apartment and I heard this could help me. I was not satisfied at all. It remained the same poor signal.

Live in rural area and phone and internet signals are weak. Was hoping this would boost the signal. Unfortunately, the signal was the same. Product was returned to store.

I get phone service in this rural area. 2 bars and sometimes only one. Well that's why i thought this gadget would work well. It doesn't. Period.

Literally had zero service inside my house. I quickly tested this out without mounting it to get a good guess where to put it. Instantly reception went up bouncing between 3-4 bars. My asu under sim card status is showing 45 when it was at 1 before. Before this I was using a Skype number under wifi to forward my current cell phone to the Skype app on my phone but I didn't want to keep paying a monthly fee and it was slow to ring. Was looking at zboost products but this one had the best reviews and it works great couldn't be happier. Just as the product description says you can't expect to get zero bars outside and this to magically boost it. It can only boost a decent signal outside and push it inside your house.

Had to buy a extra 50 foot coax cable to run from the outside antenna to the amplifier inside the house plus using the 30 foot coax included in the kit. That's 80 feet. The directional outside antenna is pointed to the cell tower which is 9 miles from my house. Lots of 50 to 80 foot trees between the house and the cell tower so I mounted the outside antenna 10 feet above the house. I wanted all the height I could get and the small hill we live on helps to overcome tree height. I won't go into the dBm signal strength just bars on the phone and what the results are. Before I installed the weBoost system, we had one bar where I wanted the signal to be maximum. No 3G. No LTE. Just maybe I can complete a phone call or maybe I can't. Took my time installing the system and checked the amplifier lights (red/green) along the way. Now, we have 5 bars of signal strength on the Samsung S6plus and 5 bars on the Moto the wife uses. That is in the area of the house where the phones are used the most. In the remote portion of the house - 3 bars. In the basement -119dBm and 2 bars. I'm satisfied with the system.

Living in a rural area, I thought the best cell service I could get was 3 bars on my phone. We sold our old house and built a new metal building home (barndominum), and our cell service whet to either no service or maybe 1 or 2 bars sporadically, with dropped calls. Then I decided there had to be a way to get good phone reception in our new home, so I researched online and found WeBoost. We ordered it online and it arrived in a few days. We read the installation instructions and decided to try installing it ourselves (old folks in our 60's). Well it took a few hours because my husband wanted to mount it on a pole like our satellite tv is on, but he followed the directions and after installation, we both had 4 and 5 bars on our phones!!! It is fantastic, and we are so happy we spent the money and purchased this.

I love this unit we constantly had people saying they couldn't hear us which was really frustrating. Even when we walked around outside only had 1 bar. Was reluctant to pay $549 for this and was going to return it if it didn't work BUT it worked. We went from 1 bar to 4 with great reception and no problems. Installation was easy. I put the antenna on a 10' pole and installed it on my porch. Anybody who has reception problems should get this.

My first placement of the outdoor antenna lead to poor results. Then I tried another location and did far better. Now I get 4G and 3 bars.

I live in a two-story barndominium which is all-metal. We have windows, but they are covered by a 15-foot wide (metal) porch roof! When all the overhead doors were open (four) in the barn side, we could get signal in the house, or if we were near a west window. Sigh. No fun taking long calls outside. Worse was answering the phone and trying to tell the person that you were trying to get outside. The WEBooster is a dream come true. While I was having a 50 foot tower installed for fixed broadband, I had the guys put the cell antenna on there too! LOTS of signal. I live about 14 miles from town and there are trees! Some reviewers have said it didn't boost their signal much because they didn't have much signal to begin with. I can tell you that getting the best signal might mean a tower. For me it s is making a huge difference! Installing was a breeze, just run the cable. We put the indoor antenna and booster in an upstairs store room and are getting excellent signal in the house. A few cable holders and zip ties and I was done! I got green lights immediately, probably because I was able to put the outside antenna so high. Well, it's the price of living in a rural area.
