Contra has always been an amazing game, and I am glad this was brought back for the switch. I had to do some research to get the Contra code to work (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, A) (not B, A). I also had trouble figuring out how to add credits to play the arcade version. But once I started playing it was all love.

This collection like with the Castlevania collection is a true love letter for gamers who grew up with these games. Also for new gamers who've gotten into the retro gaming scene or just looking for a entertaining compilation of fun games. The one thing I sort of forgot and still annoys me to this day though is the one hit kills uggghhhh...... Overall this is another Limited Run collection that should be scooped up before it's too late.

Great old-school games from back in the good ol' days. I remember playing this games for hours and days at a time. Grab them while they are still available for purchase. You wont regret it.

Good playthrough. Steam had the collection for $3 dollars but i love having a physical copy for the switch. If you enjoy your childhood difficulties with a friend, i recommend this pick up

Contra is cool its my child hood grew up on that game. up up down down left right 30 lives on Arcade mode i gave myself 90 credits. the game is fun for 20 mins, i got bored of dying, and had other things to do. Arcade mode when you jump foward it would land five feet in front. if u didnt time it rite, you would jump on an enemy. l would get a spray gun and live long enough to enjoy it =/

I have been looking for any classic game for my husband and I am so glad we found this game to gift him. He didn't want to put his Ninetendo down all evening.

This game is a classic and brings me back to the old arcade playing days at the malls. It’s a great game for kids and older adults.
